This course gives site managers the knowledge they need to understand their legal responsibilities, manage day-to-day health and safety issues and lead safe working practices on site. It covers risk assessments, method statements, site controls and the management of common construction hazards, helping managers create safer workplaces, improve compliance and support a positive health and safety culture across the project.
